Volta stitched Springer into one block. The MRE is already top-10 North America. The PEA is the next print.
56.6 Mt indicated at 0.70% TREO, a high-grade carbonatite core, gallium on every hole, low thorium. OTCQB is live. This is what a Nasdaq-table looks like before the listing.
Springer is not a concept. The 2026 MRE put 56.6 Mt indicated at 0.70% TREO and 119.5 Mt inferred at 0.58% into a road-accessible carbonatite 70 km from Sudbury. Management says ~90% of the REE basket is magnet metals. Metallurgy printed 88% recovery. Thorium is low enough that permitting is a different conversation than Bear Lodge or Ashram.
This week’s land consolidation is housekeeping that matters: one contiguous block, a path to 100% of the deposit, historical holes on the new ground up to 1.97% TREO. Gallium is no longer a footnote — it is in the intercepts.
The Nasdaq tell is the sequence, not a press-release promise. OTCQB is up. Resource is current. Met works. PEA is guided Q4 2026. That is how you set a table for a US listing: de-risk the asset in a Tier-1 jurisdiction, then go where the defense bid lives. Pulse is for the path, not the listing day.
